If you run a Hungarian company from abroad, the law requires someone in Hungary to receive official documents for you. Together with our registered office service, we act as your delivery agent and forward everything to you by email.

When is it required?
Who needs a delivery agent in Hungary?
A delivery agent has to be named in the company registration application if
- a member (shareholder) of the company is a foreign natural person without a Hungarian address,
- a member of the company is a foreign legal entity or an organisation without legal personality,
- a director (managing director) or supervisory board member has no address in Hungary.

Who can act as a delivery agent?
Any organisation with a registered seat in Hungary, or a natural person with a permanent residence in Hungary. A member, director or supervisory board member of the company itself cannot be its delivery agent.
What does the delivery agent do?
The delivery agent receives the official documents that the authorities issue and send in connection with the company’s operation, and delivers them to the foreign person within 15 days. We forward the documents scanned, by email.
What is needed to appoint a delivery agent?
The registration application must be accompanied by all private and public documents relating to the appointment, together with a document proving that the delivery agent has accepted the appointment. We prepare our part of the paperwork for you.
